Delete Your Account In-App

Open NeoSnake and follow: Settings > Delete Account.

What Is Deleted

Account profile, authentication records, gameplay profile, and user-linked app data are deleted after confirmation.

What May Be Retained

We may retain limited billing/transaction and legal compliance records for up to 90 days (or longer if legally required).

Alternative Deletion Request

If you cannot access the app, request deletion by emailing info@emersonapps.uk with your account email and subject: Delete My NeoSnake Account.
